ADDN exchange – Yaseen Manuel (SA) and Katim Dance (Ethiopia) exchange

UKRI-funded ADDN invited Yaseen Manuel, who has long danced with Unmute Dance Theatre in Cape Town, to spend a week working with Katim Dance in Addis Ababa. This is a sharing of the work they developed in their time together.

Nairobi-based performing artist and contemporary dancer Maulid Owino spent 2 weeks with FLATFOOT DANCE COMPANY, during which they worked with FLATFOOT Downies, in community settings and created ‘Happenstance’.
